ABOUT THE COURSE

Welcome to my never before shared secrets to cooking with my 6 week cooking course that will show you basic to intermediate cooking strategies designed to be less time consuming and more body conscious but still eat well!


This class is only for people who are serious about changing the way they eat.  Dieting is temporary, and who wants to be on a forever diet anyway. What I am showing you is a way you can eat without being hungry, showing the benefits of eating superfoods and how to incorporate them into your daily life. Most people would eat more things if they knew how to prepare them in way that appealed to them.

 

The class will be completed over 6 weeks, but you will have lifetime access to the information! You will be able to go back over each lesson and section as needed until you don’t! Each week we will have a live question and answer class on zoom just in case you have any additional questions also it allows your personal access to me. There will be 6 modules/sections. Each one will drop on its assigned week. All modules include lessons, live videos, and an assignment to do before we live meet.

Hi loves! I’m Kandi!

I’m a hard-working southern mom who had to figure out how to get healthy and save time and money! So, I took the decades of knowledge cooking with my mom and my grandma, as well as my own that I’ve learned over the years as trends have moved more towards clean living and developed very flavorful easy recipes! The pressures of cooking for a family of 5 have fined tuned these skills to produce cost efficient, time efficient, body conscious recipes that are good for the body and soul.

I have lost 68lbs gained a husband, 2 kids and keeping the weight off! This is not a fad or a diet but rather a mindset change to how we approach food.  Let me teach you how to cook well, so you can eat well in order to live well!!!!
